As the LC, you will serve as a brand resource in your assigned territory for a major spirits portfolio and will report to Territory Managers for direction on market activity and weekly logistical needs. We run a few programs throughout the year that include oversized assets (e.g., barrel coolers, bar carts, cases of glassware).  Each program runs 2-3 weeks.  We are looking for Logistics Coordinators who will receive a schedule, pick up assets from storage, then drive around the city dropping off at several locations; barrel coolers and bar carts will also need to be picked up later that evening.  Drop-offs and pickups must be done same day as execution (schedule will vary but is typically Friday-Sunday; you may be responsible for up to 5 stores per day).  Hours will vary but approximately 3-7 hours per day performing this type of work.

Havas Street is currently hiring a Part-Time Logistics coordinator to serve the Austin area for an on-going basis. As the LC, you will serve as a brand resource in your assigned territory for a major spirits portfolio and will report to Territory Managers for direction on market activity and weekly logistical needs. We run a few programs throughout the year that include oversized assets (e.g., barrel coolers, bar carts, cases of glassware).  Each program runs 2-3 weeks.  We are looking for Logistics Coordinators who will receive a schedule, pick up assets from storage, then drive around the city dropping off at several locations; barrel coolers and bar carts will also need to be picked up later that evening.  Drop-offs and pickups must be done same day as execution (schedule will vary but is typically Friday-Sunday; you may be responsible for up to 5 stores per day).  Hours will vary but approximately 3-7 hours per day performing this type of work.

Havas Street is Seeking a Full-Time Field Manager for a Leading Adult Beverage Brand.

Havas Street is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Field Manager to oversee sampling events and operations across Louisiana for a renowned adult beverage brand. This is a full-time salaried position with a start date of April 14, 2025, running through January 2, 2026, including a 6-week paid trial period. The ideal candidate will manage events, ensure compliance, lead a team of 20-30 Brand Ambassadors, maintain strong client relationships, and drive program success while meeting sales and promotional goals. 

MARKET Louisiana (Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette) – Must be based in New Orleans or Baton Rouge (Baton Rouge preferred)

TRAINING Monday, April 14, 2025, 9 AM–5 PM via Zoom, with additional modules throughout the week 

HOURS You MUST have a flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with varying hours week to week.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sampling Event Management:

• Execute and oversee all aspects of sampling events (on- and off-premise), ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and state regulations.
• Manage local storage units, including staff uniforms, giveaways, and promotional materials.
• Strategically schedule and staff events, registering off-premise events with the state as required.
• Attend events consistently to ensure success, stepping in as a Brand Ambassador when needed.
• Manage team credit cards and local budget; submit monthly financial reports, including market product spends.
• Complete program reports (event recaps, photos, and key performance data) and submit weekly payroll reports, even during holidays.

Brand Ambassador Team Management:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of 20-30 local Brand Ambassadors.
• Coach the team on key talking points, sampling legalities, and best practices.
• Provide clear direction and mentorship to ensure team preparedness and performance.

Client Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for local sales teams, distributors, key accounts, and event locations.
• Maintain responsive, documented communication and foster positive relationships.
• Provide weekly updates to the Regional Manager on market goals and progress.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST BE LOCAL to New Orleans or Baton Rouge (Baton Rouge preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience in field event marketing, with 2+ years managing programs in the adult beverage industry (on- and off-premise execution).
• Extensive knowledge of the Louisiana market territory (Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette).
• Proven experience managing and building a team of 20-30 Brand Ambassadors.
• Reliable vehicle required (van, SUV, or hatchback with fold-down seats for transporting assets).
• All offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check & motor vehicle report.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfort driving daily.
• Must be 21+ years old and TIPS certified (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Experience with special event logistics is a significant plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region consistently.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• $1200-$1250 (per week – based on experience)
• $50/month for cell phone and $50/month for internet (prorated)
• $60/week mileage reimbursement (prorated)
