Havas Street is hiring a Team Lead & Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium coffee portfolio in Minneapolis, Minnesota!
Location: Target HQ - Minneapolis: 1000 Nicollet Mall Minneapolis, Minnesota 55403
Date: Thursday, 7/31/2025
Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6 hours)
(including set up/breakdown)
Pay Rate: $36 – TL & $34 - BA per hour (W-2, before taxes)
Paid training:
• Brand training – will be provided brand guide and day of training with premium coffee representative
Responsibilities:
• Previous on premise/special event sampling/barista/server experience a big plus
• Brand Education / Communicate Key Messaging
• Create fun energy within event environment
• Sample distribution (in accordance with state legalities)
• Consumer engagement activity
• Distribute premiums
• Reporting (Data and Photo Capture)
• Answer consumer questions
This is a high elevated event; professional, reliable, outgoing, polished appearance with premium product education/demonstration and customer service skills.
