A top-tier High-Performance Sneaker Brand is looking for experienced Team Leads to join us for an exciting, high-energy brand activation event in Anaheim, CA! This is an opportunity to work with a premium athletic brand and lead an amazing team to deliver best-in-class brand education, sampling, product demo, and sales experiences to attendees.

Mandatory Training:

Virtual: Tuesday, September 2

On-site: Wednesday, September 3

Hours:

9/4: 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM

9/5: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM

9/6: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Position: Team Lead

Rate: $34/hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversee FOH teams including Directional Staff, Cashiers, Runners, Express Trialing, and Floaters
• Ensure smooth guest flow, clear communication of brand talking points, and consistent guest experience
• Manage shift rotations, break schedules, and task assignments
• Communicate real-time inventory and staffing needs with BOH leads and HQ contacts
• Jump in to support roles where needed and ensure stations are clean and organized
• Act as the primary point of contact for any FOH escalations or issues

Ideal Qualifications:

• Event management or brand activation leadership experience (retail or athletic brand preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team in a high-volume, high-energy setting
• Comfortable standing for long periods and remaining active
• Experience with retail operations, POS, or product education a plus
• Interest or background in running/fitness is a bonus

Uniform:

Tops: Provided by agency

Shoes: TBD – If not provided, must wear non-competitor footwear

Bottoms: Personal, appropriate athletic or black bottoms
