This is an opportunity to work with a premium athletic brand and lead an amazing team to deliver best-in-class brand education, sampling, product demo, and sales experiences to attendees.

Hours:
9/4: 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM
9/5: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
9/6: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Position: Team Lead
Rate: $34/hour
Responsibilities:
• Oversee Loaders and Carton Prep staff
• Manage back-of-house (BOH) operations and inventory flow
• Support overall team operations and communicate with HQ leads
• Maintain organization and efficiency in fast-paced, high-traffic environment
• Ensure smooth transitions and timely restocks between BOH and activation areas
Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience leading event teams, preferably in backstock or brand activation settings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently throughout shift
• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
•Runner background or interest is a plus
Uniform:
Tops: Provided by agency
Shoes: TBD – If not provided, must wear non-competitor footwear
Bottoms: Personal, appropriate athletic or black bottoms
