Havas Street is hiring a Team Lead and multiple Brand Ambassadors to represent a spirit/liquor portfolio.
Location: TX Tech University – setup will be in proximity to Jones AT&T Stadium, 2526 Mac Davis Lane Texas TX 79407
Schedule:
(4) College Football games; start time approximately 5 hours prior to kickoff, with end time at kickoff. Of these games, only (1) has had the time announced, the others will not be announced until approximately the week prior
Game 1: Saturday 9/13, 9:30am-2:45pm
Game 2: Saturday 10/11, time TBD
Game 3: Saturday 10/25, time TBD
Game 4: Saturday 11/8, time TBD
Responsibilities:
- Brand Education / Communicate Key Messaging
- Create fun energy within event environment
- Sample distribution (in accordance with state legalities)
- Consumer engagement activity
- Distribute premiums
- Provide memorable consumer interactions
- Encourage trial and drive sales
- Reporting (Data and Photo Capture)
- Answer consumer questions
Requirements:
- TABC certified
- Athletic
- Past TTU fan fest experience is a big plus
- 21+ years old
- Comfortable working outdoors in the heat.
Pay: $36/hr
*Team Lead: reporting/inventory is paid at $18/hr
Uniform:
Provided branded shirt + nice jeans and athletic shoes. Black or jean shorts also permitted but must hit just on top of knee (Bermuda style for ladies)
