Havas Street is hiring a Brand Ambassador and Team Lead to represent a premium coffee portfolio. This is an elevated event so we are seeking staff that are reliable, outgoing, and polished. The BA/TL will be responsible for displaying product, educating customers on how to create coffee from recipe, batching coffee, and serving.

Date: Wednesday, October 1st 2025
Hours: 12:00pm - 4:00pm
- Set up: 12pm-2pm
- Event Coffee Service Time: 2pm-3pm
- Breakdown: 3pm-4pm
Pay Rate:
- $34/hr - BA
- $36/hr - Team Lead
Paid training:
• Brand Training – will be provided brand training and guide
• Zoom Training also provided
Uniform:
• All black business casual attire
Responsibilities:
• Previous coffee experience is a plus but not required
• Brand Education / Communicate Key Messaging
• Create fun energy within corporate environment
• Set up, prep and operate the Nespresso Momento 120 Coffee machine
• Facilitate guests as they follow virtual Master Class demo
• Support on how to make coffee according to recipe
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, elevated presentation
• Team Lead:
- complete recap/photos report daily
- Receive coffee supplies to home
- Transport coffee supplies to event and ship back to HQ after event (admin time added/paid)
