Havas Street is hiring Team Leads to represent an Organic Sports Hydration Drink!
We’re hiring enthusiastic Team Leads to represent an exciting beverage brand for a summer demo program in the Central Region! This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who are passionate about health, wellness, and delivering memorable consumer experiences.
Locations: Tennessee
Rate: $36/hour (Team Lead)
Schedule: June – August (Exact dates TBD based on retail partner’s calendar)
Program Details:
Timing: Targeting Fridays and Saturdays in July and August (possible June start depending on schedule)
Shift Duration: 5-hour shifts (4 hours of activation + setup/breakdown)
Typical shift times: 9:15 AM – 2:15 PM or 2:15 PM – 7:15 PM
Locations: Whole Foods stores in Tennessee
Training: Mandatory Zoom webinar prior to your first shift
Responsibilities:
- Educate consumers on the brand and product benefits
- Distribute product samples
- Engage customers through interactive and informative conversation
- Create positive, memorable brand interactions
- Drive product trial and purchase
- Capture and submit event data and photos via reporting platform
- Answer consumer questions knowledgeably and professionally
Requirements:
- Ages 21–35 preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor
- Ability to learn and communicate brand messaging clearly
- Must own a standard event table and black tablecloth
Dress code: All-black attire with closed-toe shoes (white or black sneakers preferred)
