About the Role 

We’re hiring polished, energetic, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to join our on-site backup team for a high-energy consumer event with a top-tier athletic brand. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll engage directly with guests, share brand messaging, assist with product trialing, and support purchases. 

As a Backup Crew Member, you are scheduled for a guaranteed shift and must be on-site, in uniform, and ready to work. If a core team member is absent, you will be activated to work the full event shift. This is not an on-call role—you are actively scheduled and must be available for extended hours if needed. 

Schedule 

Mandatory Training 

  • Virtual: Tuesday, Oct 21 (Tentative: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM) 
  • On-site: Wednesday, Oct 22 (Tentative: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) 

Guaranteed Backup Shifts (You are scheduled to work these) 

  • Thursday, Oct 23: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM 
  • Friday, Oct 24: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM 
  • Saturday, Oct 25: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM 
Possible Shifts (if activated) 
SHIFT ONE:
    • Thursday, Oct 23: 6:00 AM – 7:30 PM 
    • Friday, Oct 24: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM 
    • Saturday, Oct 25: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM 
SHIFT TWO:
    • Thursday, October 23, 2025 – 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    • Friday, October 24, 2025 – 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM 
    • Saturday, October 25, 2025 – 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM 

Rotating Roles 

IMPORTANT: You’ll rotate through multiple positions during your shift  

You’ll be trained to step into any front-of-house position: 

  • Directional – Greet guests, guide them through the event, manage queues 
  • Cashiers – Process transactions and assist with checkout 
  • Runners – Retrieve products for guest purchases 
  • Express Trialing – Assist guests with try-ons and fitting area flow 

Responsibilities 

  • Welcome and engage guests with energy and professionalism  
  • Communicate brand and product messaging clearly and consistently  
  • Provide clear directions to help guests navigate the space and shop efficiently  
  • Assist with express try-ons and sizing recommendations  
  • Process sales using a Cashier/point-of-sale (POS) system  
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to team leads  
  • Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready zones (trialing, cashier, and directional)  
  • Support event setup and breakdown (materials unpacking/packing)  
  • Stay on your feet and move quickly throughout long, high-traffic shifts  
  • Be flexible and ready to shift into any role or support area as needed  
  • Retrieve and deliver products from inventory based on guest request  
  • Follow all safety procedures and staff direction from your team lead  

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll rotate through multiple front-of-house positions and must be ready to jump in wherever needed.  

Requirements 

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. 
  • Able to stand, walk, and move for 8+ hours (reasonable accommodations available) 
  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic tech tools 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset 
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in fast-paced settings 

Dress Code 

  • Branded top provided on-site 
  • Clean, professional bottoms: blue jeans (no rips), black slacks, khakis, or golf pants (no shorter than 3” above the knee) 
  • Closed-toe sneakers  (non-competitor athletic shoes) 
  • Bring an extra shirt if leaving the event footprint during breaks 

Important Notes 

  • This is a temporary, non-exempt position. 
  • Breaks and meal periods will be provided in accordance with labor laws. 
  • You must be available for all listed training and event dates. Partial availability cannot be accepted.
